Rooftop

The rooftop of our apartment complex suffers from being vastly underutilized.  It serves as the visitor parking area and excess parking for residents and that's it.  Cars are parked, people walk inside and the view is completely wasted.  If it were my building I would have made a space for relaxing and enjoying my surroundings.  It's so quiet and beautiful.  At night all the city lights twinkle and in the distance  and you can see anonymous stoplights turning to green.  I could spend a lot of time up there if I didn't look like a weirdo hanging out on the roof with the empty cars.
