The Key to the Argument

This is a picture of the solution to an argument.  We only have one mail key assigned for our apartment and Chuck simply requested a copy of it so he too could pick up the mail.  Strangely, instead of saying, "Sure thing!" I instead decided to argue.  For some unknown reason, I decided that it was insulting to ask for a key because it insinuates I'm not responsible enough to get the mail on a daily basis.  In my head, I was thinking -- "this is ridiculous... stop talking" -- and yet the words continued to fall out my mouth.  It was like having an out of body experience.  Finally after hanging up the phone my pragmatic side took the reins again and I sent this picture as an apology.  It seemed only fitting that I received a picture of myself in return with the words "I'm a bigger trouble maker."  Guilty as charged!  ;)

  2. It may be because my brain sees everything as a cartoon first. Strange but true. So everything I touch can easily become animated in my head. Ask Annie. If she had a nickel for every time I started a sentence with "If this were a cartoon..." I blame my brother for making me endlessly watch Looney Tunes growing up. ;)
